MACY'S CULINARY COUNCIL CHEFS MICHELLE BERNSTEIN AND TIM SCOTT TEAM UP TO CREATE LOCAL FLAVOR IN MINNEAPOLIS!
Join Macy’s Culinary Council and KitchenAid as Chef Bernstein and Chef Scott demonstrate and sample some of their delicious summer recipes. Immediately following the demonstration meet the chefs when you purchase one of their cookbooks* the day of the event!
Chef Michelle Bernstein of Miami favorites Michy’s and Sra. Martinez is one of the region’s most well-respected and successful chefs and restaurateurs.
Macy’s Corporate Executive Chef, Tim Scott, is responsible for creating recipes and menus for twenty full-service restaurants and forty-five other fresh food operations across the country.
